TheraMatrix Services, Inc. has been providing on-site physical rehabilitation services to the patients at the Chalmers P. Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center – Columbus since October, 2008. TSI manages the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including responsibilities for payroll, training, staff and appointment scheduling, efficiency of care, etc., under the direct oversight of the VA.
Performance history can be obtained by contacting the Chalmers P. Wylie VA facility contracting or administrative staff.
