THERAMATRIX PHYSICAL THERAPY ANNOUNCES THE RELOCATION OF ITS EASTPOINTE CLINIC

Effective Dec. 19, the new clinic address will be 23411 Gratiot, Eastpointe, Mich., 48021. The phone and fax numbers remain unchanged; phone number (586) 776-0080 and fax number (586) 776-4349. This location is one mile north of its previous location in a new, larger, state-of-the-art facility. It will be easily accessible to all current patients, doctors and referral sources, with no disruption in service.

The TheraMatrix Eastpointe clinic serves Eastpointe, Roseville, Warren, St. Clair Shores, Detroit and surrounding areas. It is a certified rehab agency through CMS. The new clinic will have state-of-the-art equipment, licensed physical therapists and physical therapy professionals to treat all injuries and illnesses, including orthopedic, sports medicine, geriatric, adolescence, surgical patients, etc. TheraMatrix’s full-service physical therapy clinic has immediate appointment scheduling.

The director of the new facility is the current director, Rachele Brichacek, PT, and she and her staff will make the move to the new location. TheraMatrix accepts all insurances, including Medicare, BCBSM, BCN, HAP, TPTN, Tricare veterans insurance, etc. All Ford Motor Company Active and UAW-Ford Retiree Medical Benefits Trust (VEBA) members can contact the TPTN Member Relations Department at (888) NET-TPTN (638-8786) with any questions or concerns.
